We listen and gather information.
Tell us about your loved one and your family’s situation. We will ask a few factual questions about location, a will, any court filing, property, and existing representation. It is okay not to know every answer.
STEP 03
Discuss an attorney connection.
We review the factual information and available service coverage. If a connection is appropriate, we can help put you in touch with an independent probate attorney, with your permission. The attorney determines whether probate is required and explains any fees. You decide whether to hire them.
