This site is operated under the name Maybrook Consulting. Contact us at hello@maybrookconsulting.com for privacy questions. Book a free intake call through our Calendly link. Our website does not directly collect or send estate inquiries through an online questionnaire.
Calendly collects the scheduling and contact information you provide so Maybrook Consulting can arrange and make your call. During the call, we ask for limited contact and estate facts to organize your inquiry and discuss an appropriate connection. Do not send sensitive identifiers or confidential documents.
We ask for your permission before sharing your factual inquiry with a participating independent attorney. Attorneys have their own data practices. This private review site does not automatically route or deliver inquiries to attorneys. Final service provider and retention details remain to be completed before the full service launches.
Our booking link opens Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Information you enter there is used to arrange your intake call and is subject to Calendly’s privacy practices. Please provide a reliable phone number and a valid email address; we will call you at the scheduled time. The intake call gathers facts and does not determine whether probate is required.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads are disabled. This application does not store inquiry data in browser storage. Any future analytics or advertising integration requires a consent design and updated disclosures before activation. Estate facts and contact information must not be sent to advertising platforms.
For access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal requests, email hello@maybrookconsulting.com. Withdrawing a request cannot undo a disclosure already made.
Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, financial documents, or confidential attorney communications. The form is not intended for children under 18. No online service can promise absolute security.
